Brunch is so fun, especially as we head in to spring. Easter and spring break with the kiddos all seem to call for some brunch-ready recipes! When you can make brunch ready recipes with protein powder, now that’s what I call a win-win situation!

Brunch-Ready Recipes Protein Powder #1: Cinnamon Rolls

 

Protein Powder Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
  1. 1 Scoop PEScience Snickerdoodle protein
  2. 2 T. Egg whites
  3. 1 t. Baking powder
  4. Dash of water for consistency
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Save a bit of batter for the icing and mix with cinnamon.
  3. Pour ingredients over low heat and flatten as much as you can.
  4. Let the pancake cool, roll it up and pour the left over batter mixed with cinnamon.
Notes
  1. Extra yummy tip: heat up the reserved batter before pouring it over the rolls!
  2. Enjoy!

Brunch-Ready Recipes Protein Powder #2: Chocolate Protein Pancakes

 

Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
  1. 1 Scoop PEScience Protein Powder (I prefer Chocolate Frosted Cupcake or Peanut Butter Cup)
  2. 2 T. Egg whites
  3. 1 t. Baking powder
  4. 1/2 T. Dark chocolate cocoa powder
  5. Dash of water for consistency
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pour over low heat.
  3. Cook pancakes as desired (I like to undercook mine so they are gooey!)
  4. Top with Chocolate PB2 mixed with water.
Notes
  1. Sometimes I also mix in 1/2 C. of Kodiak Protein Cake mix!
