Healthy Breakfasts for Kids: Kidzshake Freezer Packs

Now that school is back in session, mornings seem to be getting crazier…(Mom life, you feel me?!)

From wake-ups to breakfast prep, then lunches to getting kids dressed (and, of course,finding the missing shoes), anything busy moms can to do simplify the morning hustle can be helpful.

Enter healthy breakfasts for kids: Kidzshake freezer packs!

These quickly became our favorite way to get a healthy breakfast quickly.  My boys love to assemble them! And I love that our freezer packs contain all the most important nutrients and ingredients for their favorite breakfast shakes.

As an additional bonus, these single-serve freezer packs are so easy to use!

All you have to do is place the contents in the blender, add milk of your choice (or water) and blend away.  

Healthy breakfasts for kids do not get any easier than that!   

It takes less than 2 minutes for my kids to get a serving of greens and other important vitamins and minerals to start the day…I call that a WIN!  

Additionally, Kidzshake freezer packs last up to 6 weeks, so go ahead and prep ahead of time! Freezer packs are also a great way to use seasonal fruit.

Blueberry Banana Kidzshake Freezer Pack

  1. 1/2 C of Blueberries
  2. 1/2 Banana
  3. 3 - 4 Scoops of Vanilla or Strawberry Cream Kidzshake
  4. 1 Large handful of spinach
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a snap lock bag, or reuseable container (you can wash out and reuse snapback bags too).
  2. Make sure it is well sealed.
  3. Freeze for up to 6 weeks.
  4. When you want to use, simply empty the contents into a blender and add water or milk beverage of your choice and blend!
