Banana Chocolate Protein Muffins

Ready or not, feasting season is here!

The seemingly endless time of temptation that starts with thanksgiving stuffing and pies and continues with merry-making treats, and then New year’s toasts… are you ready?!

As we start Thanksgiving week, we want you to help you stay on track!  And there’s no better way to do so than to start your day with a fat loss friendly (and absolutely delicious) breakfast treat.

These muffins are a great fat loss friendly breakfast or snack. Bake them ahead of time to have on hand during the hustle & bustle of the holidays and you’ll always be prepared!  Delicious served cold or warm- we LOVE them, and we know you will too! 🙂

Banana Chocolate Protein Muffins

Yields 12 mini muffins.

Ingredients: 

  • 3/8cup liquid egg whites
  • 1/3cup oats
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder (She used myofusion chocolate)
  • 1/2 small-medium banana
  • 2 packets stevia (she used caramel stevia – SO good)
  • 1tbsp cocoa powder
  • Splash vanilla and banana extracts
  • Handful spinach

Directions:

  1. Blend.
  2. Pour into a mini muffin pan and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
