{Recipe} BBQ Chicken Quesadillas

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring!

These delicious BBQ Chicken Quesadillas are perfect for a quick and filling lunch!


BBQ Chicken Quesadilla
Serves 4

  1. 2 Chicken breasts
  2. ½ cup BeyondFit BBQ sauce (recipe below)
  3. 1 Medium apple, thinly sliced
  4. 4 Low carb tortillas
  5. 1/3 cup Cheddar cheese
  6. 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  1. Shred cooked chicken breasts and mix in BeyondFit BBQ sauce.
  2. Spray a large skillet with nonstick spray and add tortillas.
  3. Top tortillas with chicken, crumbled bacon, apples, and cheese.
  4. Cook on medium heat until golden brown.
  5. Enjoy!

  1. 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  2. 3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  3. 1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
  4. 1/4 cup Stevia
  5. 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  6. 2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
  7. 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  8. 1 tsp pepper
  9. 1 tsp liquid smoke
  1. Combine and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
