{Recipe} Low Carb Yogurt Bread

This easy, yogurt loaf is the perfect addition to your favorite breakfast! 




Tip: Toast a slice of bread before topping it with an egg, avocado, or sugar free jelly… the possibilities are endless! 





Low Carb Yogurt Bread
Serves 3

  1. 4 egg whites beaten
  2. 6 tbsp coconut flour
  3. 6 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  4. 3 tbsp water
  5. 6 tbsp plain greek yogurt
  6. 2 tsp baking powder
  7. 1/8 pink Himalayan salt
  1. Pre-heat the oven and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Beat the eggs until really fluffy.
  3. Add the coconut flour, milk, water, yogurt, baking powder and salt, beat slightly until well mixed.
  4. Pour mixture into the loaf pan and bake for 20 min on a medium temperature, then lower the temp and continue baking for 5 more minutes.
  1. Here's my tip to keep the loaf from puffing down: turn off the oven and open the oven's door a little to let it cool, after 5 - 10 min you can take it out of the oven and let cool completely.
