Fit Pregnancy Week by Week: 29

How far along? 29 Weeks, 3 Days

Maternity clothes? Definitely recommend the bella band for keeping regular clothes as long as possible!

Best moment this week: Celebrating 5 years since the day we met & 4 years since the day the best man on the planet asked me to be his wife! Walking on the beach at sunset talking about all our memories & how much has changed… all while sweet Baby H was inside kicking away! So special.  I’m so grateful for my little family.

Miss Anything? Not gonna lie, I miss the days when I DIDN’T feel like I was a walking heater- radiating heat basically 24/7. No AC is too cool for me. You can literally trace my steps at the gym based on how the fans are positioned/which way they’re pointing…

Movement: Lots of movement & I love it! I imagine he’s going to start getting pretty cramped in there soon, though… should make life a bit more interesting in these last couple of months.

Food cravings: Lemon Icy made with Stevia = heaven on a cool & refreshing earth. Been loving those. As well as the usual protein pancakes, peanut butter and lots of blueberries w/ my oat bran. We also bought a larger pot for my chili this weekend… it makes meal prep more efficient for someone who is eating 8lbs of chili a week. (not kidding- we calculated).

Looking forward to: We start the every 2 week appointments in two weeks- so I’m hoping for one more ultrasound? I’m dying to see this little guy again!! And oh my goodness, I can’t wait to hold him!
