{Healthy Desserts} 1 Minute Chocolate Protein Pudding

This one is for my sweet toothed friends. This treat takes just a minute to whip up and hits the spot when I want a little something sweet after dinner. I love it because you can make a single serving for yourself or mix up a larger batch for your family or friends.

{Healthy Desserts} 1 Minute Chocolate Protein PuddingOnly 4 ingredients needed!  (How easy is THAT!) So this a “go to” for me. 🙂

{Healthy Desserts} 1 Minute Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients for a single serving:

  • 2 TBSP Sugar free pudding mix
  • 1 TBSP Unsweetened cocoa powder (great for battling cravings!)
  • Unsweetened almond milk – to desired consistency (start with a small amount)
  • Stevia or sweetener of choice – to desired sweetness
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder of your choice

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix quickly with a spoon or whip until it thickens up to a pudding like texture. That’s it!

You can also get creative with flavors by adding PB2 or by using cheesecake flavored pudding mix!
