By the time she left this gym a year and a half later, she was working with over 32 people and knew she had to find a way to help MORE people.

A little random tidbit about Kristen: I LOVE penguins! I mean obsessed. My son’s room is an Antarctic theme, I have several (at least four pairs) of penguin pajamas, and I keep penguin decorations in my house year round, including salt and pepper shakers. I have already looked into cruises to Antarctica and am not quite sure that three weeks is enough time for me there.
