Fit Pregnancy Week by Week: 23

How far along? 23 Weeks, 4 Days

Maternity clothes? Swim suits, dresses & workout gear. They’re stretchin w/ the best of em. 

Best moment this week: DADDY FELT HIS FIRST KICK THIS WEEK!! Celebrating Memorial Day weekend w/ Patrick HOME- beach, grill & lots of little baby kicks- so grateful for this special time. Honestly, what could be better? 

Miss Anything? Regular restroom habits. Stop reading here if you’re afraid of TMI…. Lots & lots of trips to the bathroom for #1 but when it comes to #2…. seriously.

Movement: All the time! Lots of “I love you, little guy”s throughout the day whenever he starts to squirm. So fun for his daddy to be able to start to feel it too!!

Food cravings: I think I had my fill of steak after a 20oz Ribeye off the grill last night. Fresh blueberries are in season now, so delicious blueberries, along with the ridiculous protein pancake obsession (daily- sometimes twice daily) and lots of peanut-butter have all dominated the week.

Looking forward to: The arrival of the CRIB! And then having a sweet little baby in there in less than 4 months!!
