I am a sucker for a great burger… Especially one that is EASY, HEALTHY, and Family Friendly!! (Can I get a woo hoo??)
ANYWAYS, the other day I stumbled upon a burger seasoning recipe, rumored to be from Emeril himself! So you know I had to give the recipe a try, and it is SUCH a keeper! You all know that I keep a jar of homemade taco seasoning handy, and I now have a jar of burger seasoning handy as well!
In The Jar: Burger Seasoning
- 2.5 T paprika
- 2 T salk
- 2 T garlic powder
- 1 T onion powder
- 2 t black pepper
- 2 t ground mustard
- 1 t cayenne pepper
In The Meat
Combine 2 teaspoons of the Burger Seasoning with 1 lb of your burger meat. Works with just about any type of ground meat that you’re turning into a burger!
Then grill for best flavor and serve with 1 oz cheddar cheese and 1 cup of your favorite fibrous vegetables!
