{Recipe} No Bake Nut Butter Bars


This delicious recipe was adapted from The Big Man’s World by one of our BeyondFit Life members, Kristen Norris!




No Bake Nut Butter Bars
Write a review
  1. - 1 cup nut butter of choice (I used peanut butter)
  2. - 1 cup almond flour
  3. - 1 cup coconut flour
  4. - 1 scoop protein powder (I used chocolate)
  5. - 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  6. - 1 tbsp sweet leaf stevia (You'll probably want more if you use stevia in the raw--1 tbsp of sweet leaf=1/2 cup sugar)
  7. - 1/2-3/4 cup almond milk
  8. - Sugar free or dark chocolate chips
  1. Mix dry ingredients together
  2. Add in nut butter (it will be crumbly)
  3. Add in almond milk a little at a time until it sticks together well but isn't wet
  4. Press into 9x9" pan (I put parchment paper on the bottom)
  5. Melt chocolate chips and pour over top!
