 How beautiful is this sugar free chocolate cake topped with whipped cream and strawberries?! 


Sugar Free Chocolate Cake
Write a review
  1. 1 cup (200 grams) butter
  2. 1/2 cup (100 grams) xylitol or stevia
  3. 1/2 cup (100 grams) honey
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 2/3 cup (150 grams) self raising flour
  6. 1/4 cup (50 grams) organic cacao powder
  7. Handful of sugar free dark chocolate
  1. Mix butter with xylitol/stevia and honey
  2. Once the mixture is creamy, add in the eggs and combine
  3. Add the flour and cacao powder and mix well
  4. Next add in chocolate pieces and gently combine
  5. Butter the sides of cake pan and dust with flour
  6. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees
  7. Whip 1 1/4 cup (300 ml) of double cream
  8. Top cooled cake with whipped cream, strawberries(or your choice of fruit), and chocolate shavings
