Caitlin Rantala- Graphic Designer

Caitlin lives out in Nashville, where Taylor Swift once invited her over for a dance party. When she’s not designing, she’s horseback riding or getting her sweat on in kickboxing.

What’s Your Favorite Healthy Recipe? My go to is always baked salmon, but recently I’ve been loving some turkey lasagna!

What’s Your Favorite BeyondFit Exercise? Weighted squats, for the win!

What’s Your Least Favorite Exercise? Running. I wouldn’t run if the entire zombie apocalypse was chasing me.

One Random Fact: I’m a yellow belt in Krav Maga.

 

 

Suzanne York- Nutrition Coach


Suzanne-Bio-PicSuzanne York holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies from Salisbury State University. After working in advertising for 18 years, Suzanne retired from the advertising business to stay at home with her two younger children.

Being a fitness enthusiast she decided to pursue her goal of becoming a personal trainer. In addition to obtaining her certification with AFAA, she is also a ME nutrition consultant Level 1 and obtained her ME PT certification. She is also an experienced instructor for Yoga, Silver Sneakers and Les Mills Body Combat.

In her free time, you can find Suzanne in the kitchen baking or outdoors hiking, kayaking, or biking.

Suzanne is excited to continue to help other women obtain their fat loss goals and spread the word about the BeyondFit lifestyle..efficient, effective, and sustainable fat loss!

One Random Fact: I am an outdoor enthusiast and my bucket list includes sea kayaking in Washington State (with the whales….hopefully viewing them via binoculars), section hiking the AT trail, going to a dude ranch out west with the family, and sailing my own sailboat (big dream but I grew up on the Chesapeake and had a family sailboat growing up). I couldn’t just post one!
