I’m not strong enough, I can’t do it alone, I can’t wake up that early, etc. Maybe you have had some of these thoughts when thinking about joining Bikini Bootcamp:
Thought: What is Bikini Boot Camp?
Truth: Bikini Boot Camp is an ongoing indoor/outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Personal Trainers.
Thought: There is no way I can reach my goals working out only 30 minutes 3xs a week.
Truth: This is a rest based training regimen that focuses on the hormonal responses in our bodies.
Thought: I can’t join because I’m not very physically fit.
Truth: NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day you will slightly increase in intensity as you become stronger. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
Thought: I hear you use heavy weights. I don’t want to get huge!
Truth: No worries ladies, you won’t! Our bodies are not designed to get big and bulky by nature. This only happened when taking supplements that promote that. Our 30 minute workouts promote fat burning , as well as, strength training that will leave you with a more toned look.
Thought: Will there be weekly weigh- ins?
Truth: We don’t focus on the scale. As you progress through Bikini Bootcamp you will feel more energetic, stronger in daily activities, and notice that your clothes fit looser. With fat loss it is common to lose inches but not necessarily pounds.
Thought: I am not comfortable working out in front of people.
Truth: I have never met a collectively more encouraging and motivating group of women. We like to see our sisters succeed and promote a positive workout environment.
