I’ve also had those days where getting in a workout almost seemed impossible. Here is a quick and easy FIVE minute workout for busy moms to get you up and moving. The great part about this is you can get it done anywhere without equipment.
Workout for Busy Moms
Set your timer for five minutes and do each exercise for one minute:
• Squat Jumps
• Bicycle Crunches
• Wall Sit
*Rest when needed.
If you have the extra time, try repeating the circuit one or two times through!
