6 Protein Shake Recipes for Your Sweet Tooth

Your first meal after your workout (often referred to as the PWO, or post workout, meal) is incredibly important for refueling your body and helping you burn fat and build muscle. Make the most of the PWO period by giving your muscles all they need to rebuild bigger and stronger.
Make it a goal this week to try to get 1/4th of your lean body weight in grams of protein after your workout!

BeyondFit’s “Brownie Batter” Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop delight chocolate protein powder
- 1-2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk
- Stevia to taste (optional chocolate stevia)
- pinch of sea salt
- TBSP SF FF butterscotch pudding mix
- Ice to desired consistency
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with a Muscle Pharm peanut-butter Combat Crunch bar!

Ingredients:
• 8 oz. water or 4 oz. unsweetened almond milk

• 1/2 a banana
Directions:

Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. water or 4 oz. unsweetened almond milk

- 1/2 banana
- 3 whole frozen strawberries
Directions:
Place water in the blender first, then powder, then additions. Blend on low then high till well blended.
Banana Split
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. water or 4 oz. unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop of vanilla chai FITMISS Delight protein powder powder
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
- 2 frozen strawberries
Directions:

Blueberry Bonanza Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. water or 4 oz. unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop of vanilla chai FITMISS Delight protein powder powder
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

Chocolate Covered Cherry
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. water or 4 oz. unsweetened almond milk

- 10-12 frozen or fresh cherries
