5 Minute Workout: 3 Arm Exercises for Women

A common comment I hear from women at the gym is that they want to get rid of the flab in their upper arm.

You know the kind, you wave and it jiggles….

Here is a quick workout you can do right in your living room to help you tighten and tone your triceps and give you the fit look you are going for.

5 Minute Workout: 3 Arm Exercises for Women

What to do:  Set a timer for 5 minutes. Do the following exercises as many times as you can during that period.

  1. Over head triceps extension until failure… 3 Arm Exercises for Women
  2. 30 seconds jumping jacks
  3. Triceps dips until failure… 3 Arm Exercises for Women
  4. 30 seconds of jumping jacks
  5. Triceps kickbacks until failure … 3 Arm Exercises for Women
  6. 30 seconds of jumping jacks

Rest when you need to, then repeat!  

The triceps are a small muscle group meaning that with your heavy weights you may not do many repetitions with each set and that’s ok!
