{Fat Burning Workouts} No Weights Needed Holiday Workout

 

While it’s a little easier to pack your weights when hitting the road in a car, what do you do when you are flying the friendly skies?

That is one baggage fee I DO NOT wish to pay!

This is the predicament I find myself in every Christmas as I travel home to Boston to be with my family. I know that there won’t be any heavy weights waiting for me in my old room when I get home.

But that doesn’t mean that I’m not going to get my fat burn on this Christmas!

I have put together one of the workouts that I will be doing to help me get that metabolic response that will keep me on track.

NO WEIGHTS? NO PROBLEM!

 

{Fat Burning Workout} No Weights Needed Holiday Workout

 

  • Pushups: 12 Reps
  • Squat Jumps: 1 minute
  • Body Weight Squats: 12 Reps
  • Plyo Lunges: 1 minute
  • Curtsy Lunges: 12 each side
  • Burpees: 1 Minute

 

Repeat for 2 or 3 rounds, resting as needed!
