{Fat Burning Workouts} Total Body Circuit
Ready for a quick, fat burning total body circuit workout routine?
Here’s a 20 minute total body circuit workout that will have you burning fat LONG after your workout is over. And just because we all need to bust a move while we’re burning fat, here’s a motivating tune to listen to while you’re rocking this total body circuit work out!
I know this song is old, but I still LOVE it. It’s one of my favorites to workout to! The confidence these guys are rocking is enviable. Although I think I’d be okay if I never saw a man in a speedo ever again!
{Fat Burning Workouts} Total Body Circuit
- 10 Burpees (including the push up!) with Bicep Curls and Shoulder Presses
- 1 Minute Mountain Climbers
- 10 Static Squats with Row/Fly
- 1 Minute Mountain Climbers
- 10 Deadlift/Curls
- 1 Minute Mountain Climbers
Repeat this total body circuit workout 2 times or as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
Remember to push until you can’t, and rest until you can!
