Ever wondered how to lose baby weight fast?
I’m Brittany Capper. I’ve been married for 4 1/2 years to my wonderful husband, Ben. We have a 2 year old girl and a 6 month old boy.
I met Kate in college and lived next to her hubby. I heard about the Beyond Baby program, but I didn’t know much about it. One of my friends actually signed up right after having her baby and got me excited about the program.
Two Reasons I Joined
1. At about 3 months postpartum, I experienced a weight gain of 47 pounds! Ahh! The weight just wasn’t coming off, even with breast feeding.
2. The second reason includes my overall health. After delivering Nolan, my doctors found a thyroid tumor. They initially thought it contained cancerous cells. Scary! I’m so grateful to the Lord it wasn’t cancerous and so far the tumor has shrunk. This cancer scare definitely made me want to get healthy.
I tried weight watchers and felt starved, so a big NO to that program!
I need and I love to eat. Also, I tried counting calories which worked, but again, I felt so much hunger! With BeyondBaby, I feel beautifully satisfied!
I worried about adding something else to my plate! God is my top priority, then my hubby, then kids, and I knew health needed to be next in line (of course, I’m not perfect at this but it’s what I strive for). I made a decision to commit myself to planning healthy meals and finding time to workout. I started out trying to work out at night but this didn’t work for me because I was way too tired by evening!
What works for me is nap time. It’s part of the morning routine. Nolan takes a nap while Kay gets to watch some tv or play.

The first step: just go for it! Pick a time you think might work and try it. If that doesn’t work, try a new time. Trial and error until you find a time that works and then make it a habit.
I don’t have time for anything these days. Prioritize and make time! It’s hard but it’s worth it to look and feel good! Remember it’s something you do not only for yourself, but also for your husband–mine definitely likes my trimmer body! And it’s something you are doing for your kids too!
If I stay fit, I can keep up with them better. I’m in a better mood and experience more energy. It’s also something I believe God appreciates since my body=His temple!
My favorite part of the program was that I learned how to eat healthy and I’ll have that knowledge forever.
It was so organized and when I had questions, the Facebook group was great! I loved that the workouts were only 20-30 minutes at home! No taking my kids to a possibly germ infested child watch area and no drive time! I guess I picked more than one favorite!
I really never thought all this weight would come off and it happened! I’m so relieved it did!
