Fit Pregnancy Week by Week: 30

How far along? 30 Weeks, 4 Days

Maternity clothes? Bella band & some stretchy stretchy stretchy yoga pants! 

Best moment this week: We had a wonderful visit with friends this weekend- Sitting on the beach, sunning the giant baby bump & enjoying some girl talk. It feels like just yesterday we were having that very same girl talk while sitting bunk beds in our dorm room… and now I’m about to be a MOM! It’s fun to think about how far we’ve come & how much our lives have changed… so much more than I ever imagined!

Miss Anything? Food aversions are making their way back! (WHAAAT?!) Someone should’ve warned me- I thought we were past this! So yeah, I miss the days when chicken didn’t make me want to vomit.

Movement: I love watching my macbook bounce whenever it’s sitting on my tummy…. it cracks me up every single time! haha

Food cravings: Pecans, walnuts & almonds roasted with cinnamon. Random, but delicious! Protein pancakes took a break but made their way back towards the end of the week, along with the traditional peanut butter, blueberries and chili. No chicken this week. (gag).

Looking forward to: 1st baby shower for our sweet baby boy (thanks, Aunt Mag!) with friends & family in the big OH-IO next weekend… it’s going to be so fun to see everyone, share our excitement, and celebrate this handsome little guy!
