Fit Pregnancy Week by Week: 31

How far along? 31 Weeks, 6 Days

Maternity clothes? Still wearing my regular shorts w/ a hair tie around the button and/or the bella band. Aaaaand I’m not gonna lie… sometimes I just leave them un buttoned and wear an extra long cami. Going for comfort over style.

Best moment this week: Had the most beautiful baby shower (thanks, Mag) this weekend. It was so fun to celebrate with some awesome women, we got TONS of incredibly sweet gifts for the little man, and there was BACON… what more could you ask for?!

Miss Anything? I think I’m starting to reach the “uncomfortable” stage. It’s not terrible, but back does kinda hurt (hello pre-natal massage). And sometimes I miss being able to bend over without a large bowling ball in my way…

Movement: We’re staring to get a little crammed up in here… lots of squirming/shifting around that feels kinda tight. Also, I think he might be having hiccups… kind of strange, but I’ve heard it’s normal?

Food cravings: I did a serious number on some spinach quiches this weekend. And bacon wrapped dates at the baby shower, oh.my.goodness! Loving the SF dark chocolate covered almonds as well as the usuals….

Looking forward to: Putting the finishing touches on the nursery and then spending the remaining few weeks just WAITING (and relaxing with my sweet hubby)… not going to be the two of us for very much longer! I can’t believe this little guy is gonna be here in just 2 months!  Can’t wait to hold him!
