Fit Pregnancy Week by Week: 35

How far along? 35 Weeks, 4 Days

Maternity clothes? All the maternity clothes money has been spent on the nursery fund, so….  I’m gonna make my regular clothes stretch- with the help of a bella band- til the end! And if that doesn’t work, you’ll just see me in yoga pants 24/7.  Officially hit the 30lb weight gain mark this week, but it’s mostly belly.

Best moment this week: Celebrating ONE MONTH until baby’s due date! Special date, sleeping in, and just some good quality time with my man. Can’t believe we’re about to be PARENTS! (ah!!)

Miss Anything? Normal potty habits. This week I think I spent half the week just walking to and from the bathroom…

Movement: After some regulars at the gym this week were commenting on my workout, I said, “Well, I am lifting for TWO, after all…” Everyone laughed. The midwife said we have an ACTIVE baby with lots of good movement, so he’ll fit right in with our little family. 

Food cravings: Meat has been kinda iffy this week… Still eating lots of blueberries, oat bran, peanut-butter and the traditional 10 (no, that’s not a typo) eggs a day. 3 whole, 7 whites. Momma’s got a growing boy!

Looking forward to: Meeting our son!  I’m excited to see Gilby with his new little brother too.
