Enjoy this delicious chocolate cake GUILT FREE!
Not only does this recipe taste fabulous, but it’s low carb, high protein, and only takes 30 seconds to bake! 🙂

30 Second Chocolate Protein Cake
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Splash of Vinegar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
- Unsweetened Cocoa to taste
- Stevia to taste
- Coffee (or water) to mix ingredients
- Optional Natural Peanut Butter
- Coat inside of large coffee mug with coconut oil.
- Crack 1 egg into the mug.
- Add in all dry ingredients above.
- Add splash of vinegar (secret ingredient to give your cake a fluffy texture!)
- Pour coffee (or water) over ingredients until you reach a cake batter consistency.
- Microwave for 30 seconds
Note: cooking times may vary depending on how powerful your microwave is, but be conservative. If you over cook the cup cake it will become rubbery and chewy. It’s actually ok to have it a little bit under cooked so that it remains moist and soft.
Optional: Peanut Butter “Icing”
