I used to be a sucker for the chip bowl at a party–potato chips, tortilla chips, chocolate chips–I love ‘em all! But that loving them doesn’t help me love (and follow) a fat loss lifestyle.
Here is a “chip” that won’t wreak havoc on your fat loss goals! A friend of mine shared this snack and the recipe recently while we were watching our favorite football team play.
