Hi ladies! I hope this blog finds you well and you are enjoying your week! I wanted to take a moment and address something that I have been seeing more and more lately. Over the past few months I have talked with ladies and read different posts from women who are getting very discouraged with their fit life journey because of what others say and think. My heart goes out to you all.
It hurts to get comments from family and friends that “you are getting too skinny” , “why are you wasting your time eating healthy?” , “oh, look at so and so eating all healthy all the time“, “don’t you think you are taking this whole fat loss thing a lil too seriously?“.
While I may not have gone through all of the same struggles that some of you may have, I am still a girl living in this crazy world and I get it!
I get comments from people that seem innocent enough to some but they can hurt. Honestly, I think a lot of negative comments that we get have less to do with us and more to do with their own insecurities. I’m not here to bash anyone. I simply want to encourage you beautiful ladies to keep doing what you are doing. If living a fit and healthier lifestyle is your mission then don’t let anyone get in your way. Let us all be a living example of what taking care of the one and only body the good Lord has given us looks like. Maybe the people in our lives that give us resistance are necessary to make us stronger in our journey.
Inspire them.
Let’s all make an effort to build one another up instead of breaking each other down. That is what I absolutely LOVE about Beyondfit Physiques Bikini Boot Camp and the Beyondfit Life online program. I have never been a part of a group of women who are genuinely excited for one another when they reach a goal.
Surround yourself with people who will make you better. Believe in yourself and trust the process. Set goals and reach them. Press on. This is your body and your life and if being healthy is what you want then go get it! Keep pressing on my friends! There can never be a more beautiful you! <3
