Fall means one thing to me… PUMPKIN!

 

I am one of those people that would eat pumpkin year round if it was socially acceptable…When fall hits, the first thing I do is grab pumpkin, and head to the kitchen.

 

My latest creation? These pumpkin cranberry scones. These scones are more cake-like than your typical scone. They are crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle, full of delicious holiday flavor. These are the perfect breakfast or snack to serve to your holiday visitors!
